We believe DocTap to be move convenient than a conventional walk in clinic where patients often experience long delays. With DocTap you simply book an appointment slot for that day and then walk in at your chosen time. Some reasons why patients may choose a walk in centre, also sometimes referred to as a drop in centre or drop in clinic are:
- Needing to see a doctor in central London, some distance from your NHS GP surgery.
- Limited availability of appointments at your NHS medical centre.
- Not yet being registered with an NHS GP in London.
- Visiting or working in London and requiring a drop in doctors appointment.
- Your NHS GP not offering a walk in surgery.
