My experience with DocTap was a dream. Dr. Patel was very helpful and attentive to detail. He had several important follow-up questions about my symptoms, and gave great advice about the course of the medication I was prescribed. The service was quick and easy to use--I had a consult and subsequently had my prescription within the hour. I highly recommend both DocTap and Dr. Patel.

I appreciate the ease of booking the appointment and the entire experience with the consultation and everything. I felt heard, I felt treated with attention and care, I was able to pick up the medicine right there at the clinic. The entire experience was ease and compassionate and really supported me.
I don’t really like to go to the doctors but I will be back here again if I need to. Thank you so much to Dr Dayanatha-Showman and the wonderful team. Highly recommend them.

Paid £64 for a 15 minute appointment to be rushed in and out within 3 minutes. Did not feel listened to at all, which is very ironic given I PAID to be listened to.

I found the doctor pretty useless tbh. Her advice to ring 111/call999/go and see a doctor f2f etc was just passing the buck back to the NHS .
Felt she was more concerned about her own safety/protocols, rather than concerned or interested in my health
Could not recommend your service on the basis of this very rudimentary "consultation".
It felt about the professional level of talking to a call centre employee
